This design is a simple aesthetic timber frame hybrid construction that is fit to the rocky building site. The design style is West Coast with low pitch roof slope, large overhangs and expansive glass to the ocean view.
The ground floor has his and hers garage on each side of the entry with a large home office or in-law suite for example.
The main floor is above with three bedroom suites and a few steps up the kitchen dining and great room are open to the ocean view with large windows and doors accessing the expansive deck.
This house has been designed for a specific site but could easily be revised to fit many different building sites.
