The “Manila”
The Manila is a very unique log post and beam design of 1736sqft for main and second floor with a mostly buried basement.
The main floor is built using Insulated concrete forms and the second floor which is the master suite with a large study is built as a log post and beam structure.
The massive tower is the design main feature. An exterior fireplace on the covered deck give the opportunity to relax and enjoy the outside during the chilly evenings.
