The new Snowflake design is a post and beam log construction rancher of 1267 sq. ft.
This is a new version of our original Snowflake that was a full log stack design.
The main feature as you enter this home is the central masonry stove at the center with baking oven facing a large kitchen big enough for more than one cook at a time.
This is a two bedroom rancher with two baths and laundry.
The great room has a vaulted ceiling and has access to the outside thru a wide covered porch with exterior wood burning fireplace outdoor living.
The entry is situated to the side to allow this plan to be used for uphill or downhill lot access if required.
