A distinctive feature is the covered deck to view from both main floor and second floor.
First floor is open to deck from kitchen and living room to allow an outdoor dining area typical in that area of Europe.
The master suite above has a full access to another covered deck with much privacy.
The second floor is altogether a private storey with master bath and an office open to below at stairs.
A basement can easily be added with stairs under existing to add storage or another living space storey for a sloped lot.
The entry is to the side of the house making this design so compatible for access from road below or above.
