The riverside cabin is only 440 sq.ft. footprint with a total of 833 sq.ft. total living space when counting the second floor.
This design is unique as the masonry stove is in the middle of the sitting area with staircase to loft wrapping around it.
The main floor has a large kitchen for a cabin, a three piece bath and a good size living room that is accessed from outside by a covered porch/deck.
 The second floor is dedicated to sleeping area with two closed small bedrooms, a sleeping loft or study and a covered deck to the front that can be used as an exterior sleeping area in the warmer season. If need be a small bath could replace bedroom 1 as it is directly above the main floor bath.
Log cabin designs do not come much smaller and so versatile.
The interest for this cabin design has been tremendous especially for the milled log version. Milled log sample is 8" diameter.
