The Glimpse lake dovetail retreat is a one of a kind massive wood construction we designed a couple of years ago.

I added some construction pictures to let you appreciate the size of the timbers and the gorgeous joinery work done for this project.
It is a 4317 square foot recreational home without basement as it is situated on the shores of Glimpse Lake in British Columbia.

The room layout is a bit different that usual because of the two separate bedroom suites (two levels) on the right of the entry.
The main house has a very large master suite with a den and a guest bedroom with bath at the loft.

This project also has a three car garage of to the side.
