The room layout for this 1656sqft project was designed by customer with roula kapani-chalkias engineering.
It is a four bedroom house with one extra bedroom suite with fireplace and a large recreation room in basement.
We took over the project to make it work for handcrafted log construction and much changes to the design was applied to reach this final beautiful one of a kind log home in Greece snow capped mountains.
RCM CAD is now designing dozens of log homes in Europe, an emerging market eager for the handcrafted log construction style, still a rarity on the other side of the pond.
