The entry is a unique lookout tower that give access to a 136 sq.ft. loft with exterior deck to view.
Also you can access a full walk through basement with two bedrooms and bath, mechanical room and recreation room.
This house is designed for a southern exposure to maximize sun heat intake in winter with roof overhangs to block the summer sun.
Entry is from the view side for an uphill lot from road access.
